So I am struggling.
Today especially.
I just seem to be switching off whenever I try & focus.
Just drifting through the day rudderless.
My heads fuzzy.
There's a lot on my mind but I can't make any of it tangible. Like I can't look at the monster in the room just out of my vision.
Also I have a headache.
I get frustrated with myself when I am like this.

As always whenever I get into a bad mood & I retreat from the world two things happen I either have to explain myself at a greater length than i care too, or apologise for saying/doing something stupid or annoying someone with said mood.
